Qingdao International Expo Center is a large-scale international exhibition center built by Qingdao Changji Real Estate Co., LTD., a subsidiary of the national large-scale enterprise Nanshan Group, with an investment of 2 billion yuan. It is designed by NBBJ Company of the United States. The Expo Center is located in Wenquan Street section of Jimo District, Binhai Avenue in the east of Qingdao, adjacent to Aoshan Bay sea area in the south, about 50 kilometers away from Qingdao Municipal Government, and can be reached directly by road, light rail, yacht and other transportation facilities, and the transportation is very convenient.
The overall planning of the exhibition hall is four functional areas, the construction of the south and north login halls, multi-functional pavilions and ten standard pavilions, the main steel structure single-storey design, the total construction area of about 220,000 square meters, the total exhibition area of about 180,000 square meters.
